What we collect
When you take the diagnostic or write to us: your name, company, phone number, email (optional), your answers, the page that brought you here (for example an Instagram ad) and an encrypted fingerprint of your IP address, used only to prevent abuse.
Why
Only to contact you about your project, send you a proposal and follow up if you become a client. We never sell or rent your data. Legal basis: your consent, given by ticking the box on the form.
Where it is stored
The site is hosted by Vercel and the data is stored with Supabase (servers in India, Mumbai region); both protect it with encryption. If you continue the conversation on WhatsApp, your messages fall under WhatsApp's (Meta's) terms.
How long
If you do not become a client, your information is deleted at the latest 24 months after our last exchange. If you do, it is kept for the duration of our work together and the legal obligations that follow.
Your rights
You can ask at any time to access, correct or delete your data, or withdraw your consent: write to kaizenjames15@gmail.com or on WhatsApp at +230 5923 4830. You can also contact the Data Protection Office of Mauritius.
